Crown Capital will capitalize on the opportunities of the down market to multiply the wealth of the share holders, by servicing discounted loans and real estate.  We will focus almost entirely on loans collateralized in Texas, as we believe the stability of the Texas market produces a predictable outcome for the sale of our holdings.

As developers and investors in Texas real estate, we know we will make a strong return on servicing the performing loans, but we plan for much larger returns by seizing commercial and residential collateral, managing it until the market recovers, and selling for a premium in 2011 or shortly thereafter.
