We will equip you with a detailed investment package for whichever type of loan pool your group is interested in, and we will facilitate any discussions you would like us to. We are happy to hold a conference with you and your group to explain the structure of our deals and the specifics of a pool.
Crown capital structures all of our deals the same way and we do not take an up front commission on the purchase price to show good faith to our equity partners. We do retain a back end ownership in the net return, and in turn, offer a percentage of that ownership to our Equity Organizers. This payment structure is beneficial to you and our investors because it doesn’t add any additional costs to them.
