Crown Capital Company was started to seize the opportunities of 2010. Much like the opportunities of the late 80’s and early 90’s, we believe this will be one of the most profitable opportunities of our lifetime and we have assembled a team to take full advantage of this opportunity.
Our executive team consists of individuals who have a wealth of experience with the RTC in the late 90’s, real estate developers, commercial brokers, CFO’s, accountants, and venture capitalists, and we are knowledgeable in every phase of the process.
We have the ability to properly analyze the potential purchases and determine their value with risk adjustments. We have the ability to service the loans in house, manage the foreclosure processes, and give detailed reporting of all facets of the securities. We have top affiliates in most major cities to assist in the management and brokerage of our real estate holdings. These services comprise the majority of our operations and comprise a total solution for purchasing discounted loans and real estate.
Our Executive Team
James Murr, President
James spent 8 years managing a real estate investment partnership, several years in commercial brokerage, and currently owns a real estate company and multiple investment properties. He oversees the new acquisitions and the operations of the company.
Jeff Brown, General Counsel and Strategic Advisor
Jeff has built a successful twenty-three year career in several fields, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and General Counsel for Aptiv Digital, Inc. He has also served as Vice President and General Counsel for TCA Cable, Inc. and Executive Director of Corporate Development and Venture Capital Investments for Cox Communications.
Fran Murr, CFO
Fran is a licensed CPA and has been the controller of a 300 million dollar budget for a non-profit organization, the CFO of a commercial brokerage and management firm, and owns a hotel accounting consulting firm. She oversees the loan servicing operations and our corporate accounting.
Shaun Penny, VP
Shaun owns a Land Title Company and a real estate development company in Texas. He has completed major deals throughout Texas and Oklahoma and knows the business of Title, Real Estate, and Finance.
